Great staff, comfy stay
The room was nice and clean, and the staff really went out of their way to help us. We had some fresh coffee and mini muffins for breakfast, which was pretty decent. However, the sheets could’ve been fresher, and the carpet felt a bit weird. Still, the service made it worth it for a short stay.

great access to parks and city highlights for weekend walks
I stayed for 3 nights and loved the central position that allowed me to easily stroll to parks like Daffin Park and enjoy the vibrant areas with local dining options just a short walk away, which was a perfect companion to my city explorations during the weekend. the staff were very professional upon arrival and got me in my room quickly, making my travel experience even better as a solo traveler.

The room we stayed in was spacious and provided enough room for my family, which included two small kids. I really appreciated that we were close to good dining options and the Savannah Convention Center, making our stay quite convenient.
In my wife’s opinion, the breakfast options could use improvement for families with kids. It would be great to have more variety and options available in the morning.

missingWrote a review on Jul 28full kitchenspacious layoutcomfortable bedbroken deadbolt
The room offered a full kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, and cooktop, perfect for cooking meals. The spacious layout and comfortable bed made it easy to settle in for a couple of nights.
Upon arrival, we found roaches by the sink, and the area underneath it was missing flooring. The deadbolt on the door was broken, and we noticed inadequate cleanliness with dust under the bathroom sink. There were signs of neglect with a dented refrigerator and burn holes in the carpet. The feeling of safety was compromised, evident with a broken window that wouldn’t close and homeless individuals congregating in the lobby area.

The Queen Studio was cozy and clean, which was a huge plus. The temp was just right, making it super comfortable to chill. The location was great, close to shops and nice spots. The only downer was the occasional weird smell, but it didn't ruin the stay for us.

The staff provided outstanding customer service, making efforts to ensure we were comfortable during our stay. The Queen Studio was clean and had a perfectly regulated temperature, which made for a pleasant experience. However, the room lacked towel racks, which would have been useful, and there was an odd smell in the room that detracted from the ambiance.

Decent Stay with Room for Improvement
The staff were friendly and eager to help. The location near shopping and dining spots added convenience to our stay. However, the overall condition of the room needed attention, especially regarding cleanliness. For future guests, consider bringing your own cleaning supplies for peace of mind.
