Front desk staff was awesome especially taneshia.
Breakfast was cheap.
Kitchenette was great because I did not have to eat out.
BREAKFAST ITEMS WENT QUICKLY.
Queensize bed zu small, Breakfast a joke (grab and go) no room service, towel change by ourselves What we could do better: never again stay in this chain, other chains offer much more for less price in same area
The place was terrible... there was a big hole above the window in the hall and also a hole in our bathroom above the mirror. When we went to sit on the edge of the bed the entire mattress stood straight up..scared us half to death!!! Awful
Savannah lovely and interesting. Hotel close to shops and cafes. Short drive to Downtown Savannah. Also on a bus route (14). Useful kitchen facilities in room - large fridge, 2 rings and a microwave. Two beds and a seating area for eating etc.
Initially no record of our booking on arrival. Took well over an hour to resolve. Eventually sorted, although we were in a different style room to the one booked. Don't know the cause of the problem, but another couple had a similar problem at the same time.
I thought the staff was friendly and professional. Chad and his manager (a female) was very helpful. The room was a good size. The location was awesome. The grocery store is across the street along with a couple of restaurants. It is within 15 minutes from downtown and 10 minutes from the mall. I would stay in this area again b/c of the location.
The water pressure in the bathroom sink was low. The lack of options for the continental breakfast was disappointing. The room smelled stuffy, so some type air freshener would be nice. I had to buy one. The room could have been cleaner. I found an used q-tip on the floor in the closet area. Also, requesting dishes/appliances is a little annoying. I think the room should at least have a coffee pot with an adequate amount of coffee in the room.
Rooms nasty, roaches, staff rude
There we're places to eat near the room.
The rooms could have been cleaned better.
They need to have continental breakfast area. Lobby area is real desolate, needs to be welcoming.
The room was very large with a seating area to watch tv or relax. The staff was excellent and took care of us like family.
No restaurant or bar on site. No maid service to speak of. Had to ask for linens and towels to replace used ones.
Staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful.
It was supposed to be a one bedroom suite. It was one big room with a waist high partition separating the sitting area from the bed. On checkout, I was presented with a 37 line folio which is incomprehensible.
over all not bad for the money, you get what you pay for
The clerk Allow me to switch rooms with no problems.
I had to switch rooms because of the dirty restroom.
Bed very uncomfortable, lot of noises most of night, got on internet one time for about 5 minutes, could not get back on, room not ready at check in time, could hear talking from next room.
Location is great.
I didn't care much for the bathroom.
